Discarded railway sleepers have been put to good use in the construction of decks, walls and furniture. The furniture has been made by expert artisans from the locality using local and widely available timber which helps create a warm and rustic atmosphere.

Rough hewn granite rock lend a simple, hand crafted elegance to the look and feel of each villa.

The golf buggies used in the transportation of guests within the hotel compound is a part of the eco-friendly concept. The buggies operate on battery power, resulting in zero emissions and minimal sound pollution.

In majority, this eco-friendly resort was made using mostly green building material, Durra, and is also LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certified. The resort did not cut down any trees during construction and even planted over 1,000 root balled trees on the property. Fresh organic fruits and vegetables are available for guests right from our garden.

Each chalet consists of a floor area of 800 sq. feet which include a separate living area. The chalets are furnished with elegance and refinement while combining state-of-the-art amenities.
