The first health holiday resort to be on the West coast, Ayurveda Pavilions is designed for people seeking in-house Ayurvedic therapy in quiet, peaceful surroundings. Ayurveda literally means “The Science of Life” for the promotion of positive health and prevention and cure of diseases. It is in practice in India and its neighboring countries since time immemorial. treated as healthy only when his mind, sense, organs and the soul are in the state of perfect of equilibrium to endow happiness. In addition, the body should be free from diseases. Ayurveda lays a lot of emphasis on the prevention and cure of diseases. Therefore several therapeutic measures both for patients and healthy persons are prescribed in this system of medicine.

The hotel is a collection of guest villas that come in 2 sizes - King Size & Queen Size. Both types enjoy private courtyards & Sri Lankan style accommodation with walled gardens giving each guest the privacy to relax, rest & be treated in absolute comfort. The larger villas consists of an entrance pavilion, a courtyard and a bedroom with luxurious bathroom and all other modern facilities.

3 Day Course

This is also meant for wellness & relaxation and will consist of 5 Basic & 5 advanced treatments. These treatments will be given in a repeated form, some treatment could be changed according to the wish of the guest.

5 & 7 Day Course

This course is meant for rejuvenation & beauty. This will boost your health, giving you renewed vitality and a sense of well being, this course will consist of 14 basic treatments and 7 advanced treatments

12 & 21 Day Course

This is an intensive course, which will combine a maximum of 47 and 65 treatments respectively. With these amounts, the treatment will be selected in consultation with the guest taking in to consideration the life style, nature of work, age and level of stress of the guest. This is a recommended course to gain full benefits of Ayurveda and Panchakarma disciplines. This course will be a combination of well being, relaxation, rejuvenation am beauty. Due to the long period of treatment special aliments also could be cured.

All the above programs consist of initial and final consultations.

- each treatment will be of 20 to 60 minutes duration

- On advice of the physician the meal plan and detoxification will be included free of charge

- Clients should bring inner garments that are not expensive to be worn for the treatment

It is suggested the clients bring their personal medical reports with them in order to facilitate the initial examination.
